 GABÓ 2000 Kft. was founded in 1997 from the firm called Bertalan Erdei Construction Industrial Enterprise Individual Company. At the beginning its basic activity was to follow the construction industrial profile of the predecessor enterprise, and it was continuously expanded with metal industrial activities – including locksmith works, forging, chipping, wheel regeneration, joinery works, as well as different service activities like cleaning, clearing of industrial areas, transporting of communal and industrial waste.

 The continuous change of the customer needs demanded technical improvements and the expansion of the activities. As a result of all this most part of the price income of the company comes from the activities in connection with metal processing works.

 At the beginning our services (building maintenance and construction, machine maintenance and repairing, palette production, tool and machine part production) were available to the big companies working on the Industrial site. The increase of our production volume made it possible though to fulfill – often – individual orders of other "players" on the market.

 In 2002 we introduced the norm ISO 9001 relating to every field of our production in order to ensure the appropriate quality of the production.

 We undertake the following activities among others: tool production, -regeneration, metal processing, machine part production, heat treatment of metals with protective gas up to 1300°C, heat treatment of wooden packaging materials, palettes according to the norm ISPM 15, milling, turning, grinding: with programmable CNC machines with great processing accuracy, construction- and cabinet maker implementation, production of palettes, boxes, heighteners, even in big quantities, construction- and locksmith works (making of steel constructions, machine maintenance), lifting engine maintenance, repairing, cleaning of offices, industrial halls.
