Heat treatment

Our company undertakes the heat treatment of metal raw materials, finished products, tools, machine parts. The operating of the modern pre-programmable furnaces is implemented by a well-trained craftsmen team. The heat treatment is done by us also as lease work! We can provide heat treatment, tempering, unstraining, hardening, drawing the temper. The furnaces are electrically heated, with a solution of air ventilation. Heat treatment constitutes an organic part of tool production!

We have the following furnace measurements in our workshop:

• 1100x580x380   2 db    1200°C-ig   case-hardening, hardening, annealing, unstraining

• 1100x580x380   2 db    700°C-ig     drawing the temper, unstraining, annealing

• 600x300x300     1 db    1200°C-ig   case-hardening, hardening, drawing the temper

• ø 600x1000       1 db    600°C-ig    shaft furnace, unstraining

According to individual demand we also treat the finished product with sand blasting.
