CHIPPING WORKSHOP

 The CHIPPING MACHINE WORKSHOPof GABÓ 2000 Kft, as one of the tool suppliers of FAG Hungary Ltd., deals with chipping works of different small series and of individual production, with heat treatment from different materials. We do processing with traditional chipping machines in the following ranges:

·    Turning (on 10 machines): Ø1,5 – Ø880x3000mm

·    Milling (on 4 machines):250x650x400mm.

·    Grinding (on 4 machines):

o  Surface grinding (on 2 machines)

o  Round grinding (on 1 machine)

o  Bore grinding (on 1 machine)

Besides the traditional machines in the workshop there are also some "special" machines:

·    MASTURN 54 CNC turning machine with Heidenhain Manual Plus control, processing range: Ø500x1500mm, Accuracy:0.02mm

·    SUI COMBI 500 CNC turning machine with Heidenhain Manual Plus control, processing range: Ø500x1500mm, Accuracy:0.02mm

·    FNG 40 CNC TNC 426 processing centre with Heidenhain control, processing range: 590x440x400mm, Accuracy:0.02mm

·    CETOS BUB 40 NC/1500 univerzális universal grinding machine with PRACTIC SIEMENS 8100+ OP17 control, processing range: Ø500x1500mm, Accuracy: 0.01mm

·    TOS W9 horizontal drilling-, milling works, processing range:1000x900mm up to 1.5 T. Accuracy: 0.05mm

·    PILOUS ARG 400 PLUS S.A.F digital sawing-machine: maximum cutting diameter: Ø400mm,

·    Universal turning machine with a processing range of:Ø880x3000mm, Accuracy: 0.1mm

·    Universal surface grinding machine with a processing range of: 400x2000mm, Accuracy: 0.02mm.
